How it works
The story, the rules, and where every fee goes.
See how it works →Claim your business
Someone made a token for your spot? Its fees are waiting for you.
Claim your fees →- Community tokens are created by users, not by PunchCard and not by the businesses they mention.
- Launching a token doesn’t mean the business approved it, owns it or is raising money.
- Don’t use a name, logo, likeness or Google listing you don’t have the right to use.
- PunchCard isn’t the issuer of these tokens and isn’t responsible for their content, trading or price, or for any claim that a token “is” a business.
- Creator fees, if any, are held under the published claim rules. They’re not a salary, franchise payment or royalty from PunchCard.
- If someone launches a token that names a business, the owner may claim the creator fees under these rules, ignore the token, or ask us to remove it from PunchCard’s listings (we can’t delete it from pump.fun). Claiming isn’t an endorsement of the token.
- Something using your brand or likeness without permission? Use “Report this token” on its page or email hello@punchcard.club. You can also contact pump.fun under its Trademark Guidelines.
- Tokens are created and traded on pump.fun, a separate service with its own Terms of Use. PunchCard isn’t affiliated with pump.fun.
Not financial advice, and no expectations: holding a token isn’t an investment in PunchCard or any business, and promises no returns. Tokens can lose all their value. Full details in the Terms of Use.
Launches open in stages: the first businesses are launched by the PunchCard team, then everyone.
